The AADA National Dealer Convention & Expo is excited to announce AADA2021 Future Focused, a welcome return to our traditional Convention in the vibrant city of Brisbane this September.
AADA2021 Future Focused will present an action-packed onsite program and also include a completely virtual experience for Dealer management teams. Every workshop and our famous AADA Expo will be “online and on-demand”, delivering our engaging content right into dealership meeting rooms.
This unique and important industry event will be held on Tuesday 14 & Wednesday 15 September 2021, hosted by Walkley Award-winning journalist David Speers. We look forward to our industry coming together again in the flesh, while also ensuring those unable to attend in person receive the benefits of our program.
As you know, because of COVID-19, our AADA 2020 Moving Forward Convention & Expo was a 100% virtual event for the first time in our history, but it was a resounding success. Our attendee satisfaction ratings averaged 4.9 out of 5, which is a great score in anyone’s language.
AADA2021 Future Focused will deliver a comprehensive program over two days for the franchised Dealer. Our program will deliver for the invested Dealer Principal through to the salesperson on the floor, all live and onsite at the AADA2021 Convention & Expo, and then on-demand for all virtual attendees.
Featuring 28 workshops, four super sessions, and five feature functions, AADA2021 Future Focused – “live & on-demand” will address:
- leadership & management teams;
- service management structures;
- sales in the hybrid consumer environment;
- a new world in car financing;
- the value of managed customer data; and
- Dealer marketing 2021 – what delivers, what doesn’t.
For nearly fifty years the annual AADA Convention & Expo has been a highlight of the retail automotive calendar, delivering countless learning and networking opportunities, motivation, inspiration and ideas. AADA2021 Future Focused will do all that, in a two-day elective program in which franchised automotive leaders and their management teams can engage in the pressing matters of this dynamic $56 billion industry.
Designed to meet the challenges of today’s business and market circumstances, the AADA2021 Future Focused schedule covers the operations of the franchised Dealer’s business and the important advocacy issues facing our industry.
The event schedule ensures that dealership leaders are able to select the content and sessions that cover their area of responsibility and interest. The live program will be conducted over two mornings and will include the Annual General Meeting of the Australian Automotive Dealer Association.
